What we do
Talent naar de Top is a foundation in the Netherlands which aims to make the senior management of companies more inclusive. To achieve this, we have been partnering with organisations for 25 years making the most of the advantages of gender and cultural diversity. We are making good progress: every year we see an increase in the number of women in top management positions in the organisations that sign the Talent naar de Top Charter. These companies are doing much better in terms of D&I compared to other organisations who have not yet joined our programme.
Diversity & inclusion are not a trend, but a necessity. Developments in society as well as academic research show that organisations achieve excellent business results thanks to improving their D&I. For example, employees are more engaged, companies enjoy an increase in turnover and profits, they innovate more and their teams are more productive.
