Talent to the Top is a foundation with a social purpose for more diverse talent in top and sub top levels. In 2016 two leading institutions with over thirty years of experience in the field of diversity and inclusion were joined.
Customers and employees are diverse. Yet we do not see this sufficiently reflected in the top of organizations in the Netherlands. Our mission is to make diversity and inclusivity the norm at the top. Why? This ensures that the company's decision-making and performance improves and that the talents of all employees are used. It is therefore logical, smart and fair for both the employees and the organization.
Talent to the Top supports organizations in three ways. First of all with our Charter. By signing the Charter Talent to the Top, organizations record their commitment and objectives, after which we monitor their progress annually. Together, the signatories form our community. We ensure that this vanguard meets, inspires and motivates each other through cross-company programs and meetings. In addition, we offer advice and training aimed at strengthening inclusive leadership. Because we know: no diversity without inclusiveness.
The foundation’s committee is the supervisory body
In addition to our permanent key team we cooperate with several organisations, freelancers, trainers, actors, and academics.
