The purpose of the webinars is to provide further dissemination of digital strategy knowledge for women in business. This program is partially funded by an EU grant provided to European Women on Boards as part of the WELP program (Women’s Empowerment in Leadership Positions).
Agenda & Speakers :
In module 1, our host Tomáš Mátl, CEO of Colours of Data, will describe new and emerging ecosystems and how companies adapt to these new business environments in order to stay relevant.
The ecosystem is formed by several trends:
a. New opportunities Consumers have thanks to new technologies and internet-enabled services,
b. Traditional industry entry barriers being removed by regulation, bringing innovation and competition into highly regulated and / or naturally monopolistic industries,
c. New, disrupting, digital-centric services, such as Airbnb, Revolut, Uber
Module 1 will try to stimulate thinking about how to overcome the disruption threats leveraging existing market position and consumer relationships. These can lead to creating new, attractive propositions, leveraging the interconnected system of legacy core-business complemented with new layer of value-add services provided by an open market ecosystem.
Special guest Jana Žižková,, the co-founder of Meiro.io, will join us from Singapore and speak to us about her experience leveraging new digital trends and the need to understand customer data from various channels in order to design and drive extraordinary customer experience and higher revenues. Jana is the founder of SheLovesData, a non-profit movement focused on nurturing data science, business intelligence & data analytics community through free data related events & workshops. More than 4,500 women have been trained in SheLovesData workshops in Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and South Africa.
